PrePress

One-to-one communication with our customers is a priority for us. We determine the needs of our existing customers and the new customers created based on the demands of our marketing department by coming together with them.

Printing jobs become clear after our consultancy service for the most economic, useful and rapid solution. Once our price offer is approved, prepress operations are started and they are followed by press and post-press services.

GRAPHIC DESIGN We receive the works delivered to us by our customers and work on them with our computers of latest technology, continuously updated designing programs and our creative team. Designs or existing designs are newly created and other arrangements are made in line with the demands of our customers. The works which are approved as “printable” with blueprint or proofing are subject to MONTAGE and CTP – TEMPLATE processes and then they are transmitted to the press unit.

Press

Our press unit incorporates 8 colors, 4 colors and 2 colors; Goss-Heidelberg-Roland machines. The works that have gone through prepress operations and been approved are elaborated in the press unit.

First, necessary arrangements are made in such a way that color settings and quality comply with the approval. Then, the pressing process is continued.

From business cards to news papers, we can press every measure and type of paper, 25.000 press in an hour.

Post-Press

Based on the demands we receive, we carry out lamination operations such as cellophane and lac. When the pressing of the internal pages has been completed, FOLDING is made with folding machines.

Once the forms are mixed in the automatic binding line, they are processed with one of the THREAD SEWING, WIRE SEWING or AMERİCAN BINDING systems. The works sent to cutting are finalized in the TRAPPING unit with either american binding or spiral binding.

The products the quality control of which is completed are sent to PACKAGING, WRAPPING unit by respecting the mentioned numbers and forms.

CONSIGNMENT is carried out according to the place and time that our customers want.
